BlackBox sells report credits. Each credit entitles you to generate one operational intelligence report.
Because report generation consumes computational resources and third-party API costs at the moment of generation, credits are non-refundable once a report has been generated.
If you purchased a credit but have not yet generated a report, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.
If a report fails to generate due to a technical error on our side and you are charged, we will either restore your credit or issue a full refund. Contact us at billing@blackbox.fyi with your order reference number.
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us before raising a dispute with your card provider. We will resolve genuine billing errors promptly.
If you are based in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive and Consumer Contracts Regulations respectively, unless the digital content has already been delivered. By generating a report you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that your right to cancel expires upon generation.
